Inland Revenue is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any personal information you do provide to us will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose we collected it for. If your personal information becomes part of your Inland Revenue records, we will retain the information in accordance with Inland Revenue policy on retention of Inland Revenue records.
Your obligation to provide information
Meeting your obligations means giving accurate and timely information to Inland Revenue. We ask you for this to ensure that we correctly assess your liabilities and entitlements under the Acts which apply to you. We also ask you for your contant details so that we can send you forms or returns that you may need.
